Nutrition plays a crucial role in our well-being, and as a parent, my goal is to help my children thrive. Recently, I've set out on a personal journey toward a plant-based diet, and it's become clear that my whole family needs to join in. My two kids, aged 5 and 7, both on the autism spectrum, have inspired me to rethink our approach to food. After noticing that some of their favorite foods might be impacting their health and development, I am excited to explore new dietary paths that can truly help them flourish.
