Welcome to my journey! Over a decade ago, I embraced a plant-based and sustainable lifestyle that greatly enhanced my health and well-being. This decision not only aided in my healing but also helped me conceive my first child at 39 after facing challenges. Through meditation and spending time in nature, I gained a appreciation for our planet and the benefits of a plant-based diet.
However, having my second son and caring for my mom during her illness, I lost track of that lifestyle I loved. Now, I'm back on the path that brings me joy and health. Join me as I share tasty meal ideas, holistic wellness tips, and insights on living a more sustainable life.
